JLSD reserves the right to take additional measures to mitigate the risk of spreading COVID-19 at this event should applicable public health orders and/or CDC guidance warrant the same.
By registering for and attending this event you voluntarily waive any and all claims, demands, or actions, including any and all costs and expenses, related to or arising out of, directly or indirectly, your participation in this event now and/or in the future, including specifically, but not limited to, any and all claims, demands, or actions against JLSD, the owner, manager, lessor, operator of the premises where/within which the event is located, (collectively, the “Released Parties”), related to any injuries or damages which you may suffer while attending this event.
By attending this event you voluntarily agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claims, demands, or actions, including any and all costs and expenses, related to any injuries or damages which are alleged to have been caused by you or your guests.
In short, you and any individual you represent, escort or bring to the event will not hold JLSD liable or responsible for any incident that may occur during your time at the event.
This event is exclusively for individuals age 21 and up. Photo ID will be required for entry. All tickets purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable.
