By registering for and attending this event you voluntarily waive any and all claims, demands, or actions, including any and all costs and expenses, related to or arising out of, directly or indirectly, my (and my dog/pet’s), participation in this event now and/or in the future, including specifically, but not limited to, any and all claims, demands, or actions against JLSD, the owner, manager, lessor, operator of the premises where/within which the event is located, (collectively, the “Released Parties”), related to any injuries or damages which I or my dog/pet may suffer while attending this event. 

By attending this event you voluntarily agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claims, demands, or actions, including any and all costs and expenses, related to any injuries or damages which are alleged to have been caused by you, your dog/pet or your guests or their dogs/pets.

By attending this event you certify that your dog(s)/pet(s) have never bitten a human being and you are not aware of the dog/pet’s propensity to do so.  Additionally, you represent and warrant that each dog/pet in attendance is up to date on all vaccinations.  These vaccinations include rabies and DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvo, and Para-influenza). 

In short, you and any individual you represent, escort or bring onto the property of the event will not hold JLSD liable or responsible for any incident that may occur during your time on the property. Each attendee may be required to complete and sign an individual liability waiver at the event.
